Most of you probably think that Paul Ryan is against hand-outs. Wrong. Paul Ryan is giving his first and most important handout to you in his last few months in office: buy “Yes” shares on him staying Speaker of the House until the end of the year. You can still get them in the 80s. FREE MONEY.
Party Leadership positions always turn over at the beginning of a new Congress (January in odd-numbered years). The only two times in memory that this rule was broken: When Pope Francis came to Washington and John Boehner (R-OH) found God (spring 2015); and when Jim Wright (D-TX)Â got busted paying his wife under the table in the ’80s.
It’s not the ’80s. The music sucks, I see no evidence of big hair, and we can all agree that coke residue in bathroom stalls is gross.
