URGENT: Tell the CFTC Why Elections Matter

We need to ask you to take another critical step to preserve the political prediction industry.
The CFTC is currently conducting a 30-day review of Kalshi’s application to host election markets.
It doesn’t matter what they are or if you’re even interested in them. It doesn’t even matter if you use Kalshi.
This is the most important regulatory action for political gambling in our lives.
- If the CFTC accepts Kalshi’s application, the industry survives
- If it denies it, then we’re all headed underground or off-shore
Acceptance is ALSO a path forward for PredictIt, the CME, and Polymarket. Rejection is death to the industry as we know it.
