On Friday, October 28, 2022, the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is expected to issue a decision on Kalshi’s application to allow political prediction markets in the U.S.
Translation: by the end of the day, we’ll know if the federal government is going to permit political gambling again.
